Putin and Pashinyan discuss EEU and CSTO
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed cooperation within Eurasian Economic Union and the CSTO during their phone talks, Kremlin press service reported.
During the conversation, the heads of state discussed topical issues of cooperation within the EEU amid Armenia's current chairmanship.
In particular, Putin and Pashinyan discussed preparations for the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council scheduled for October 1 in Yerevan, as well as prospects for expanding external relations of the EEU.
The problems of cooperation within the CSTO have also been considered.
