Putin makes changes to composition of Foreign Ministry Board

Russian President Vladimir Putin has made changes to the composition of the Foreign Ministry Board.

Members of the board who have been dismissed are the representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE, Alexander Lukashevich, as well as the former head of the legal department of the Foreign Ministry, Kirill Gevorgyan, who represents the interests of the country at the International Court in The Hague. Their places were taken by Alexander Pankin, who served as director of the department of international organizations at the Foreign Ministry, and Mikhail Ulyanov, who heads the Department of the Foreign Ministry on non-proliferation and arms control, Tass reports.
