Putin to deliver Address to Federal Assembly in 2019
Russian President Vladimir Putin will not deliver his Address to the Federal Assembly before the end of the year, he will do it in 2019, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"There won’t be the Address this year, it will take place next year," TASS cited him as saying. The spokesman added that it was premature to discuss the concrete timeframe.
In November, Peskov said that Putin could deliver his State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly before the end of the year, saying however, that most likely this will happen in 2019.
