Putin to visit China on June 25
Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in China for an official visit on June 25 upon the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, the Kremlin press service said.
"The leaders of two countries will discuss particular steps on further development of the Russian-Chinese all-encompassing equal and trust-based partnership and cooperation in the trade and economic, investment, scientific and technical, and humanitarian areas," TASS cited the press service as saying.
The talks will focus on key issues of international agenda, cooperation in the framework of multilateral and regional organizations, first of all the United Nations, BRICS, G20, and also the implementation of agreements to be reached during the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Tashkent on June 23-24.
A range of bilateral documents are expected to be signed.
