Ramzan Kadyrov receives award of National Anti-Terrorist Committee for fight against extremism and terrorism

The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was awarded with the commemorative badge of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee of Russia "for efficient and fruitful work in the fight against extremism and terrorism." The head of the Federal Security Service of Russia on Chechnya, Andrey Serezhnikov, presented the award to him.

"I am grateful to the head of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee, the Deputy Director of the FSB of Russia, Igor Sirotkin, for such an assessment. I always proceed from the fact that the fight against terrorism and extremism should come first. It is possible to turn cities and villages into flowering gardens. If we don't provide reliable security to the population and facilities, all of this is worthless," Kadyrov wrote on his Instagram page, TASS reported.
