Russian National Guard officers injured in Nazran taken to Moscow
Two officers of the Russian National Guard, injured while detaining terrorist suspects in Nazran yesterday, were taken to Moscow, the Ingushetia Health Ministry reported.
The investigators have launched a probe into the attempted murder of law enforcement officials, TASS reported.
The incident occurred at about 6pm Moscow time in a shopping mall in Kartoev Street in Nazran yesterday. During an operation to detain the suspects, one of attackers hurled a grenade at law enforcers. The suspects were reportedly injured from the explosion and died from their wounds, the Investigative Committee said.
