Saakashvili's party enters Georgian parliament
Members of the United National Movement - Strength in Unity parliamentary faction will start their work in the parliament today.
The faction will be represented in the parliament by 32 deputies led by Khatia Dekanoidze. Her deputies will be Levan Bezhashvili, Giorgi Botkoveli and Nato Chkheidze.
It will be the largest opposition faction uniting all deputies from the National Movement bloc, with the exception of Grigol Vashadze, Salome Samadashvili, Tamar Kordzai and Khatuna Samnidze.
Despite this, the faction will not sign the compromise agreement proposed by President of the European Council Charles Michel and will not hold any posts in parliament.
