Sochi to hold Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan
Next week Sochi will host the 12th Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan, which will be attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The main theme of the upcoming event will be cooperation in the spheres of the agroindustrial complex and food security. It is expected that the forum will also be attended by the heads of key ministries and departments, heads of constituent parts of the Russian Federation and the regions of Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of big business.
The Kremlin press service noted that before the plenary session of the forum the heads of state will hold a private meeting, during which they will discuss topical issues in Russian-Kazakh relations and integration cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union and other regional organizations.
