Terrorist attacks prevented in Crimea and Rostov region — presidential envoy
Terrorist attacks have been prevented in Crimea and Russia’s southern Rostov region, Russian president’s envoy in the Southern federal district Vladimir Ustinov said.
"In the recent period, terrorists attacks targeting crowded places, vital and military infrastructure facilities have been prevented in the Republic of Crimea and the Rostov region. People who plotted these attacks have been detained," TASS cited him as saying.
"The assessment of the recent development in some regions of our district reveals a number of problems that require additional response measures both from law enforcers and executive authorities," he noted.
