Turkey closes border for passengers from 14 countries
Ankara, as part of the fight against the spread of coronavirus, has introduced a ban on the entry of foreign citizens from 14 countries, the Turkish Interior Ministry informed.
The Interior Ministry said that citizens of Iran, Iraq, South Korea, Italy, Germany, Spain, Norway, France, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands are banned from entering Turkey.
The ban will be valid until April 17th. Also, the departure from Turkey to these countries is temporarily suspended, RIA Novosti reports.
