Turkey informs other countries about FETO activities
Turkey has been campaigning since July 15 to inform other countries about the activities of the Gülenist Terror Group (FETÖ).
Turkey has made more than 6000 official contacts through its missions and consulates abroad since the coup attempt, according to figures published Monday on the Foreign Ministry's website.
Out of a total of 6382 contacts, 36 official meetings were held at the presidential level, 42 at the prime ministerial level and 234 at the ministerial level. At the parliamentary level, 696 interviews were conducted. Other high-level meetings totaled 5374.
At least 240 people were killed in the failed putsch, which the government has said was organized by the followers of U.S.-based retired imam Fethullah Gülen, Andadolu Agency reports.
