UK hopes for Iran's participation in donor conference on Syria
Today British Prime Minister David Cameron and President of Iran Hassan Rouhani held a telephone conversation. The British Prime Minister expressed hope that the donor conference on Syria in London will be attended by regional players, including representatives of Iran, as well as all parties of the Syrian conflict.
The donor conference is to be held in London on February 4th by the UK, Germany, Norway, Kuwait and the United Nations. The conference is planned to raise funds for displaced Syrians, as well as those who have suffered from the civil war in the country, Tass reports.
