UN General Assembly adopts resolution against glorification of Nazism
The UN General Assembly has adopted a resolution on measures against the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and and other practices that contribute to fueling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.
The draft resolution was adopted by the Third Committee of the UN General Assembly in November. It received support of 133 UN members, while 49 countries abstained from voting. Four countries (Canada, Palau, the US, and Ukraine) voted against it, TASS reports.
