Yulia Veprintseva sums up the last years of State Duma
The Member of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy, the representative of the executive body of the Tula region Yulia Veprintseva told in an interview with a ‘Vestnik Kavkaza’ correspondent on the most important draft laws, approved by the State Duma of the sixth convocation in 2015-2016, summing up the results of activity of the composition of the lower house of the Russian parliament.

The proposed way was as an crisis measure, aimed at improving the social protection of families with children living on the territory of the Russian Federation. During this period it will allow many large families to solve their immediate problems. Soon President Putin may sign the bill to increase the payment of up to 25,000 rubles.
Another federal law "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On additional measures of state support for families with children" for families with disabled children established the possibility of direct funds, maternity capital for the purchase of goods and services for their social adaptation and integration into society in accordance with the individual program of rehabilitation. Among them may be ramps, special handrails in apartments, functional beds, massage tables, bicycles for children with cerebral palsy, lifting devices, displays, keyboards with the Braille script.
The legal basis was created for the introduction on January 1st, 2018 by the Unified State Information system of social security in order to provide citizens, public authorities, local governments and organizations with social assistance, information about all kinds of social payments, benefits, compensations, measures of social support provided to citizens in the Russian Federation at the expense of the budgets of all levels.
The first step in the improvement of the legislation in respect of organ donation and transplantation was the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law’’. It was prepared by the members of the Committee on the basis of public health protection in the Russian Federation(in terms of medical activities related to the donation of human organs and tissues for transplantation). Amendments were made and according to the medical activity included contains issues related to the medical examination of donors, ensuring the preservation of donor organs prior to their withdrawal from the donor, the withdrawal of donor organs, their transportation and storage.
