Russian government to discuss amendments to lifting double-taxation deal with Armenia
The Russian government will consider introducing amendments to double taxation of income and property, RIA Novosti reports.
Changes will be made in taxation and information exchange. The Finance Ministry proposed reducing the terms of establishing a constant enterprise, based on a construction site, assemblage facility and a monitoring structure of the facilities, from 18 to 12 months.
Dividends from a foreign enterprise have been taxed by Russia and Armenia. The property right for dividends allows the tax to stay below 5% of their gross value if the president of a foreign state invests $40,000 in the charter capital.
The agreement will have points on income from assignment of assets, income from hired labor and income from international transport.
