Armenia holds Belarusian Culture Festival
Armenia is hosting the Belarusian Culture Festival as part of the program of cooperation of the Armenian and Belarusian Culture Ministries for 2011-2013, Trend reports.
The document was signed by Armenian Deputy Culture Minister Artur Pogosyan and his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Karachayevsky.
Pogosyan said on Thursday that the Belarus will host the Armenian Culture Festival in 2013, which will include the program called the “Armenian Trace in Belarus”, an exhibition of books and manuscripts, concerts.
The Belarusian Culture Festival takes place on May 19-23. There will be a jewellery exhibition, demonstration of films, a fare of traditional craft and creativity, performance of the State Ensemble of Dance and Vocal Group Chisty Golos.
Karachayevsky suggested Armenia to hold a jewellery exhibition in Belarus. He also said that both states are preserving and developing national cultures.
