Astana forum consolidates Eurasian culture
Astana will host the Eurasian Culture in the New World International Forum on June 15 to strengthen cultural-humanitarian cooperation of CIS states, Trend reports.
The forum was initiated by Kazakhstan and stresses on cultural, art and humanitarian cooperation of CIS publicity and boost their development and integration. The forum was organized by the Kazakh Ministry for Culture and Information and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS States.
Ministers, delegations of art and humanitarian organizations, international organizations, Kazakh lawmakers, diplomats and other officials are attending the meeting.
Chairman of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS States Polad Bul-Bul ogly, Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Toktasyn Buzubayev, Special Russian Presidential Envoy for International Cultural Cooperation and co-chair of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS States Mikhail Shvydkoy, Azerbaijani Minister for Culture and Tourism and member of the TURKSOY Permanent Council Abdulfas Garayev, Deputy Minister for Culture of Moldova George Postika, Executive Director of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS States Armen Smbatyan, head of the Russian State Institute for Cinematography Vladimir Malyshev, Director of the Russian Ethnography Museum Vladimir Grusman, Russian People’s Artist Sergey Solovyov, head of the Belarusian State Musical Academy Yekaterina Sulova, President of the Russian Producers’ Guild Renat Davletyarov, producer and director Janik Fayziyev, Uzbek People’s Artist Farukh Zakirov and other notable officials will attend the Astana forum.
The Palace of Peace and Consent will have an exhibition about the history of Kazakh culture.
Participants of the forum plan a message for state leaders, science and art public of CIS states.
