In this regard, the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan ordered to respond to the attacks on the Armenian side tenfold and destroy the enemy positions from which the shootings came.  In an interview with "Echo", CEO of AMI "News-Azerbaijan" Gulnara Mammadzade said that representatives of the relevant structures of Azerbaijan and Russia in the framework of the forum in Gabala have prepared a "road map" for the construction of a bridge across the River Samur and discussed a trilateral rail project between Azerbaijan, Russia and Iran, and navigation on the Caspian Sea. The Russian side stated its intention to restore flights between Baku and Astrakhan. One of the most significant events of the last week was the speech of the President of Azerbaijan to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
