Georgia pays off debt to UNESCO

The Georgian government has paid off its debt to UNESCO for the event on the occasion of the Independence Day of Georgia on May 27 in 2009 held at the headquarters of the organization.

 

According to a decree of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, the Georgian Foreign Ministry has consented to pay the debt of 12,449 euros to UNESCO, the news agency Trend reports.
