Patrushev: West turns Ukraine into agrarian appendage
The Russian Security Council Secretary, Nikolai Patrushev, said at the annual meeting of representatives of the security of BRICS member states that the Western countries are removing barriers for the penetration of Western capital into Ukraine under the pretext of providing financial assistance to Kiev.
"A fragile truce was achieved there today. However, the ideologists of the bloody events are not interested in the problem of economic reconstruction of the country. Under the pretext of financial assistance they are gradually removing barriers for the smooth penetration of Western capital," TASS cited him as saying.
"The country has almost been turned into an agrarian appendage of the West," Patrushev stressed.
