The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will grant finances for construction of the Tbilisi-Rustavi Highway, News Georgia cites Georgian Deputy Minister for Regional Development and Infrastructure Shota Murgulia.After five months of negotiations, ADB agreed to finance the project without tenders. The tender was announced this month.Georgia became a member of the ADB in 2007 and received$781 million. About $531 million of the sum were spent on development of infrastructure.
